Naya Okonkwo is a Youth Empowerment Coach, Speaker, and Digital Skills Advocate committed to unlocking the potential of young people, particularly those from underserved communities. Her work focuses on equipping the next generation with the clarity, confidence, and competence to lead in entrepreneurship, leadership, and nontechnical tech careers.Holding a Master’s degree in Managing Innovation and Information Technology from the University of Salford, Naya stands at the intersection of digital innovation and human capital development. She champions the idea that leadership in tech does not begin or end with coding. Through her training and mentorship, young people gain future ready skills including strategic thinking, communication, innovation, and problem solving.As the Founder and Executive Director of CityHills Initiatives, she is spearheading a growing movement that empowers African youth through personal growth, digital skills training, and leadership development. Through her NGO, her impact is already tangible, reaching over 50 young professionals and more than 70 students through targeted workshops, school programs, and outreach efforts.Naya is a dynamic, relatable voice in youth development. Her sessions on purpose discovery, self leadership, digital career navigation, and confidence building are known for their authenticity and transformative energy. Whether in small groups or large forums, she has a gift for helping young people see their value and step into it with boldness.Her mission is both clear and compelling: to raise a generation of strong youths who are confident, economically empowered, and equipped to make meaningful impact in the world with or without code.
